Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Marketing and a Master of Business – Marketing from Victoria University.

Career History: After a brief career in photography, Benjamin retrained and commenced a career in marketing in 1993. In 2001 Benjamin joined the Timber Promotion Council as a market analyst and at the same time joined the Victoria University as a part time teacher of various courses including mathematics and statistics, mirco/macro economics, customer service and advanced spread sheeting. In 2005, Benjamin moved to Auspoll and commenced his involvement in supplier side market research and has recently joined Market Solutions as senior research consultant.

Experience: Benjamin has strong statistical knowledge that is used on behalf of clients for marketing and business analysis, the development of analytical business models and new product development including demand analysis. Benjamin is a highly experienced market research project manager covering both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

Specialist Areas: Providing consulting advice regarding the statistical techniques appropriate for manipulating research results and developing marketing and business models. Benjamin also specialises using research result to direct marketing and business strategies.

Personal Attributes: Having experience on the supplier sides of the market research industry has provided Benjamin with empathy for his clients and their individual and organisational needs. Benjamin prides himself on providing clients with effective tools for decision making.
