Vineet Kelkar Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Professional Accounting and Diploma in Software Engineering. Career History: With over 3 years experience in the Market Research industry and a variety of experiences (staff recruiting and training, field operations, post field requirements, analysis and reporting), Vineet joined the Market Solutions team in October 2007. Vineet works closely with the project team to co–ordinate all fieldwork requirements to ensure that all data is collected to the highest standards and within the required timeframes. In his role as field manager at Market Solutions, Vineet is highly involved in ensuring quantitative data collection is in line with company quality standards. Experience: Utilising his previous experience in the industry, Vineet manages and co ordinates a large team of interviewing staff and team leaders to ensure the successful completion of all field tasks. Vineet has a strong focus on quality and strives to ensure staff are at all times focused on quality data collection. Personal Attributes: Vineet demonstrates strong leadership, organisational and forward planning skills. He utilizes information available to him to constantly review and improve the operations of the business. Vineet also endeavours to ensure that all resources are utilized at all time.
