Qualifications: Bachelor of Behavioural Science degree (majoring in Psychology and History), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology, both obtained from La Trobe University.

Career History: Danielle joined Market Solutions early in 2004 after completing her post graduate studies and is responsible for managing accounts for a number of regular clients including Connex, Coliban Water, Department of Territory and Municipal Services (Canberra Connect), and the City of Moreland. Danielle is also involved in ad hoc projects as required.

Experience: Danielle is an experienced project manager who uses highly developed logistics skills to complement her outstanding academic research skills. In managing ongoing monitors and tracking studies, Danielle has gained extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. She is accomplished in the use of SPSS for data analysis and has developed high level skills in the interpretation of both qualitative and quantitative data. Danielle has also developed experience in self completion formats incorporating both paper based mail out and online methodologies. She is an highly skilled and experienced executive interviewer and focus group moderator.

Specialist Areas: Observational studies, market and industry profiling, communications testing and corporate health surveys. Design and management of large scale projects requiring a high level of data interpretation and reporting skills that contribute to deeper client understanding of research findings.

Personal Attributes: From a practical point of view Danielle complements her academic skills with highly developed client liaison abilities and well honed organisational skills.
