Qualifications: Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessing and Certificate III in Management
Career History: After 15 years spent in the retail and wholesale sectors, Andrew entered into the Market Research industry in 1997 with Newton Wayman Chong & Associates as a Team Leader. In June 2002 Andrew moved into a Team Leader role at the National Australia Bank Customer Research Centre where he performed the role of where he was responsible for over 170 call centre staff. Following this Andrew took up the role of Interviewer Co-ordinator with the Cancer Council of Victoria. At the completion of this placement Andrew moved to TNS as a CATI research interviewer. Andrew then left the Research industry to utilise his skills as a workplace trainer with the Solomon Islands Customs and Immigration department and the Solomon Islands Department of Treasury and Finance, where he conducted a series of customer service training sessions (in Honiara) with groups of 25-30 people. In June 2006 Andrew commenced employment with Market Solutions as a project assistant. Andrew’s previous experience in research was also utilised in assisting the implementation of ISO 20252 standard and field quality standards.
Experience: Andrew has extensive experience in the Market Research Industry and Customer Service industry. His experience and knowledge of workplace training and standards, and quality assurance is exceptional.
Specialist Areas: Andrew specialises in quality control, ensuring that all data is of the highest quality standard. Andrew works with field team leaders and management in conjunction with interviewing staff to enhance the quality of data collection and utilises his workplace training background to train and develop interviewing staff.
Personal Attributes: Andrews’s knowledge and understanding of quality controls and workplace training complement his work with interviewing staff and management.
